Presence is measured.
The tab pings every ten seconds while it is visible. The server credits the gap it observed, capped per ping. Nothing is self-reported.

Hidden is down.
Switching tabs, minimising or reloading ends the session and files an incident against the panel. There is no resume.

The interval pool is a real NVIDIA xStock balance. Before the contract exists there is no revenue, so the site prints a dash.
